Before any of it
There was a morning with $19.80 in the bank and a decision to make about the rest of her life.
Jillinda was on her own at sixteen. She raised two children as a single mother while working multiple jobs, carrying the aftermath of abuse that began in childhood. The corporate title came later, and it came the hard way.
That history is why the coaching lands. She has sat where her clients sit, and she became an advocate against child abuse, domestic violence, sexual assault, and elder abuse because the work outside the office mattered as much as the work inside it.
